Robbie Rotten

Robbie Rotten lives in an underground lair on the edge of town and is the world's laziest super villain. Living underground means that he can spy sneakily on people using his periscope. He loves to snack on junk food and watch too much TV, and wants everyone else in Lazy Town to do the same. Whereas Stephanie and Sportacus encourage the kids to eat healthily and be active, Robbie Rotten tries to get them to eat junk food and watch TV all day.

Robbie Rotten likes Lazy Town to be quiet and lazy as it was before Stephanie and Sportacus arrived on the scene. Ahh, those were the days.... He creates elaborate, villainous plots to thwart and embarrass his sworn enemy Sportacus - he would like nothing better than to see him leave town. Unfortunately for him, his schemes always backfire.

Ironically, the effort that Robbie puts into his plots to foil Sportacus means that he is actually the least lazy villain in the whole world. A master of disguises, he keeps them all in a 'costume museum' in his dark, underground lair.
